Proximity
Vprox is a proximity access control system which is robust and cost effective. Users have the option of either a fob or card to present to the readers to gain access into a secure area. Systems are available from a simple single entrance 20 user up to a 20 main entrance 99 apartment entrance 4000 user system with PC facilities.
Stand Alone Proximity
We can also offer stand alone proximity access control reader with built in dry contact relay and push to exit button input. Up to 100 fobs or cards can be programmed into the device making it ideal for small to medium size applications. An external 12-24V ac or dc supply is required. Programming can be carried out either via the on board push buttons or via an RS232 serial link to a PC using specially designed software. An RS485 bus is also available to network up to 64 readers onto the same bus.
