Type 15 Series NHK Motors from Elero.

Probably the best motor in its class! The type 15 motor was the first of its kind and has evolved into the smoothest most reliable drive for larger roller shutters and doors. With permanent manual override, the type 15 is still regarded as the best in its class.

Optional extras include low level emergency manual override systems with integrated key switch and gearbox. Connect the extending shaft from the motor to the low level gear box for 2:1 manual operation at ground level.

If the manual override needs to be used from outside, install the 300mm extension piece through the wall and into the rear of the key switch. Normal operation is through the use of the Key switch. In the event of power failure, remove the key switch cover to reveal the small folded manual crank handle. Insert crank handle into the key switch and crank open or close the shutter.
